2020-08-27 The way you log into the Pure IP Customer Portal is changing 27/08/2020 - From August 31st, your organization’s administrator will be able to request Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for your users on the Pure IP Customer Portal. If you would like to enable MFA for your organization, please contact sales@pure-ip.com, or your account manager directly. MFA makes your account more secure by requiring the input of a one-time code generated and sent to your mobile phone or email address, in addition to your username and password. You can find out more about how this change will affect you by reading our FAQ document, or read our quick user manual to learn how to log in using MFA. As a part of updating the Customer Portal with MFA and other new features, all users will be prompted to reset their passwords on August 31st on the log in screen, regardless of whether or not they have enabled MFA. You do not need to reset your password before this time.
